In the late 1980s or early 1990s, my aunt went to the Soviet Union and brought back a packet of postcards that she never sent out. I have 18 or so postcards from this period and I thought I'd share them one week at a time.
This card shows The Russian Federation Council of Ministers and Council for Economic Assistance. The white building is the "Russian White House" which was heavily damaged and partly burned during the 1993 coup attempt.
