Turkey

Istanbul, Turkey

This card, sent by a friend and owner of the awesome site The Postcard Blog, is of Sultanahmet Mosque by night.  It came with awesome Turkish stamps.

Possibly one of the largest stamps I've ever seen, this one celebrates the opening of the Marmady ail tunnels under the Bosporus Strait in Istanbul.  It measures just about 3 inches by 3 inches!

This second slight smaller stamp at 3 inches by 1.5 inches, apparently mentions Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, a country only recognized by Turkey.
