This card features a photo of the filmRedby the famous Polish filmaker Krzysztof Kieslowski. This was his last film before his untimely death in 1996 and was the final part of his Three Colors Trilogy. I personally loved this Trilogy, so I was super excited to see the card. It even came in a plastic postcard cover.
This is a favorite card of mine. The card of the 1999 film A Midsummer Night's Dream staring Rupert Evertt, Calista Flockhart, Kevin Kline, Stanley Tucci, and Michelle Pfeiffer. I actually saw this film back when it came out in theater.

This card comes from Fland and appears to show a pale, a towel, and some branches and makes me wonder if it is somehow connected to the sauna culture in the country, but the card doesn't say.
This travel card from the 1930s of Helsinki's railway station comes to me from a Postcrossing meet up in Finland back on June 27, 2015! It came with this cute stamp as well!
"If you tell where he's going...He may never get there!"
I love old propaganda cards and this is a reprint of a poster probably dating from the World War II era. It included a beautiful stamp of a swan shown below.
This awesome card of a cat coming out of a purple box with red ribbon amid snowflakes was a Christmas postcard sent to me from my Finish friend Jenni last Christmas. It came with this below stamp. I believe the card is by illustrated Sari Airola.

This card of a series of women (circa 1940s or 1950s ?) laying on a beach came with a very unusual and beautiful stamp as shown below. I believe that the card translate to something such as "I'm sorry I cannot make your party but I sent them to accompany you."
I love old advertising cards. This card is from a series called Glamour Ladies Series (A) from the Museum of Advertising and Packaging. From the image, it looks like it date from 1920s or 1930s.
This card is of a travel poster published in the 1950s for the sender's hometown of Rovaniemi, in Finland and comes from a book called Come to Finland. Rovaniemi is in the far north of the country.
It is really a beautiful card with lovely colors. The sender also sent it with the lovely stamp below by Finnish artist Helene Schjerfbeck called Sikkikenka (a silk shoe), 1938.
This card was one of three cards mailed at the same time for the above postcrossing card number. The card, by finish artist Albert Edelfelt, shows sailors on board a ship while it is docked in the Danish capital of Copenhagen.
