Special Post: 350th Card Sent!

The 350th Postcard:

My 350th postcard sent via the official Postcrossing website has been registered!

The card was registered by Postcrossing member seisi2 on  June 23, 2015 and traveled a distance of 4,343 miles to travel to Germany in 14 days.  The card had been sent on June 9, 2015.

This postcard features Air Force One, specifically the Air Force One that was being used in the 1960s. This is that same plane that President Kennedy took on his fateful trip to Dallas, Texas in 1963 when he was assassinated and that Nixon took on his famous trip to China.  The plane is now housed at the National Museum of the US Air Force located in Dayton, Ohio.

    1. Thank you! It takes maybe an evening or so every few months to get things ready (plus a bit extra time with posts like this or the "lost" postcard posts.

Being able to schedule postings in advance is a BIG help with this blog!

Oh! I like how you include postcards for swap on your site! That is a clever idea!
