This card is of a travel poster published in the 1950s for the sender's hometown of Rovaniemi, in Finland and comes from a book called Come to Finland. Rovaniemi is in the far north of the country.
It is really a beautiful card with lovely colors. The sender also sent it with the lovely stamp below by Finnish artist Helene Schjerfbeck called Sikkikenka (a silk shoe), 1938.
